I'm an AI engineer and delivery leader with 3+ years leading end-to-end GenAI and Agentic AI implementations for enterprise clients.

As CTO at MAindTec GmbH I own the full delivery lifecycle: working directly with enterprise customers to understand business challenges, translating them into scalable AI solutions, implementing production-grade systems, and driving measurable outcomes. I've delivered three complex AI transformation programmes across manufacturing and automotive, and I bridge engineering teams, leadership stakeholders, and business users daily.

Before that: generative-AI research at Otto-von-Guericke University and two years of healthcare computer vision at mediMESH — multi-camera YOLO tracking, Azure deployments, and a master's thesis (grade 1.3) on multi-perspective video analysis.
